Greg - I would so love to be there and let Arlen know what we really think - unfortunately I have to be in LA on that date...I know you guys will deliver the message!

My wife just handed me the mail, and I rushed to the site to post the event! Glad someone beat me to the punch.

I will be happy to handle the PR, and would be happy to speak with the press. i have worked in the health care field and followed it for the past 17+ years, and will put together a health care hand out for the meeting.

Make sure someone brings a video camera. We can get it on YouTube, and I will happily twitter it, and we can make it viral!

Let's put Snarlin' Arlen on the spot

It has already started! See This Post!

By the way, I am not sure it is necessary to alert the press in this particular case. I am sure there will be press at the event, anyway! Especially, if Arlen continues to get the same reception at other Town Hall meetings, as he received in Philadelphia!

Pitchforks are optional, if you have not viewed his dog and pony show in Phliadelphia, look at it on youtube. The country has had ENOUGH and here is a poster boy for send them packing!

... Or, if you want to see the best of the dog and pony show, see the post that I linked above...

Drudge Report continues to add links to YouTube vids and web stories that document the national backlash facing legislators who are returning home during the recess. I love how the irony oozes from the Left-wing hacks who have hi-jacked the modern Democrat party when they demonize opposition tactics that rely on mob rule, shouting down speakers, and general disruption. Their voices were conspicuously absent when similar tactics were being employed by war protesters or carriers of Bush Derangement Syndrome.

With that said, let's all remember that desperate legislators and spin doctors will try their damnedest to paint what is quite plainly the explosion of the silent majority or arousal of the sleeping giant or whatever you care to call it as nothing more than the rantings of a "lunatic fringe." As long as we don't throw fuel on that fire, it will burn itself out.

People can see that tea party protesters aren't radical nutjobs; they are friends, family, and neighbors - socially well-adjusted folks who love dearly the principles of unalienable personal freedoms and individual empowerment that have made this nation a beacon of hope to mankind and who have been forced to fight to protect them.

Ok folks, now I'm really angry. It appears you've all been holding out on me.

As reported here, Democrat strategist Donna Brazile explains that all the protesting is the result of "a well organized group of lobbyists who are paying people to go out. They're renting organizers."

Well, I've never gotten my check, and I want answers. Apparently, you've all been getting paid off by some big lobbying firm and not bothered to tell me about it this entire time. I want the truth, people, and I want my lobbyist money!
Comment by Christopher Buchignani on August 5, 2009 at 10:47am
That quote should say "renting protesters," not organizers. But whatever; where's my money??
Comment by Peter Trippett on August 5, 2009 at 1:29pm
Chris, I will pay you exactly the same amount as I have received for this! You can promise that to anyone else you can get to come, as well!
