I have received requests for copies of the letter delivered to Congressman Glenn (GT) Thompson's office yesterday, Wednesday, March 15, 2011. I will try to bring copies with me on Saturday, when we meet with him.
Here is a plane text version that you can copy and paste into your word processing program:

Congressman Thompson:
We, the members of the 9-12 Project of Central Pennsylvania and citizens living in the 5th Congressional District of Pennsylvania, are deeply disappointed and concerned that you chose to vote Aye on HJ RES 48.
This three week continuing resolution to prevent government shutdown of non-essential services DID NOT include key language to defund ObamaCare. That leaves $105.5 Billion, in round numbers, in automatically appropriated funds for the law’s implementation that was not addressed. Clearly, ObamaCare cannot be defunded without stopping these automatically appropriated funds. The $6 Billion cut in spending that was included is tiny when compared to the national debt which exceeds $14 Trillion.
This unique and likely best, opportunity to defund ObamaCare has now been squandered. There will be few other opportunities.
ObamaCare is unconstitutional, redistributionist in intent, financially un-feasible, and will ruin the best healthcare system in the world. To procrastinate is to capitulate. With each passing day Congress loses ground in the battle and the confidence of the people.
Throughout your campaign and during your presentations you have reiterated your commitment to fully defund ObamaCare. Indeed, you have received much support because of this position. We therefore, do not understand why you would vote Aye on HJ RES 48. Your position on ObamaCare is no longer clear and your actions appear contradictory. To be clear, it is not enough for one to state that he opposes or supports something. One must act on those positions and stand firm when the situation calls for it.
We know you to be an upstanding person genuinely concerned about the people of the 5th District. So we invite you to a meeting at your very earliest convenience to discuss your vote and strategy for fully defunding Obamacare. There are subordinate and related matters that we would like to discuss with you also. A member of the 9-12 of Central Pennsylvania will be contacting you shortly. We sincerely hope that you can find time to candidly share your thoughts with us. We care deeply about the future of this District and the future of our Nation.
Sincerely,
Wendy Brown
Secretary
