"You Are NOT Alone!"

Pravda: American capitalism gone with a whimper

For those that remember the cold war, Pravda was an icon of Soviet communism, which makes the irony of this opinion piece all the greater.

It must be said, that like the breaking of a great dam, the American decent into Marxism is happening with breath taking speed, against the back drop of a passive, hapless sheeple, excuse me dear reader, I meant people.

True, the situation has been well prepared on and off for the past century, especially the past twenty years. The initial testing grounds was conducted upon our Holy Russia and a bloody test it was. But we Russians would not just roll over and give up our freedoms and our souls, no matter how much money Wall Street poured into the fists of the Marxists.

Those lessons were taken and used to properly prepare the American populace for the surrender of their freedoms and souls, to the whims of their elites and betters.

First, the population was dumbed down through a politicized and substandard education system based on pop culture, rather then the classics. Americans know more about their favorite TV dramas then the drama in DC that directly affects their lives. They care more for their "right" to choke down a McDonalds burger or a BurgerKing burger than for their constitutional rights. Then they turn around and lecture us about our rights and about our "democracy". Pride blind the foolish.

Then their faith in God was destroyed, until their churches, all tens of thousands of different "branches and denominations" were for the most part little more then Sunday circuses and their televangelists and top protestant mega preachers were more then happy to sell out their souls and flocks to be on the "winning" side of one pseudo Marxist politician or another. Their flocks may complain, but when explained that they would be on the "winning" side, their flocks were ever so quick to reject Christ in hopes for earthly power. Even our Holy Orthodox churches are scandalously liberalized in America.

The final collapse has come with the election of Barack Obama. His speed in the past three months has been truly impressive. His spending and money printing has been a record setting, not just in America's short history but in the world. If this keeps up for more then another year, and there is no sign that it will not, America at best will resemble the Wiemar Republic and at worst Zimbabwe.

These past two weeks have been the most breath taking of all. First came the announcement of a planned redesign of the American Byzantine tax system, by the very thieves who used it to bankroll their thefts, loses and swindles of hundreds of billions of dollars. These make our Russian oligarchs look little more then ordinary street thugs, in comparison. Yes, the Americans have beat our own thieves in the shear volumes. Should we congratulate them?

These men, of course, are not an elected panel but made up of appointees picked from the very financial oligarchs and their henchmen who are now gorging themselves on trillions of American dollars, in one bailout after another. They are also usurping the rights, duties and powers of the American congress (parliament). Again, congress has put up little more then a whimper to their masters.

Then came Barack Obama's command that GM's (General Motor) president step down from leadership of his company. That is correct, dear reader, in the land of "pure" free markets, the American president now has the power, the self given power, to fire CEOs and we can assume other employees of private companies, at will. Come hither, go dither, the centurion commands his minions.

So it should be no surprise, that the American president has followed this up with a "bold" move of declaring that he and another group of unelected, chosen stooges will now redesign the entire automotive industry and will even be the guarantee of automobile policies. I am sure that if given the chance, they would happily try and redesign it for the whole of the world, too. Prime Minister Putin, less then two months ago, warned Obama and UK's Blair, not to follow the path to Marxism, it only leads to disaster. Apparently, even though we suffered 70 years of this Western sponsored horror show, we know nothing, as foolish, drunken Russians, so let our "wise" Anglo-Saxon fools find out the folly of their own pride.

Again, the American public has taken this with barely a whimper...but a "freeman" whimper.

So, should it be any surprise to discover that the Democratically controlled Congress of America is working on passing a new regulation that would give the American Treasury department the power to set "fair" maximum salaries, evaluate performance and control how private companies give out pay raises and bonuses? Senator Barney Franks, a social pervert basking in his homosexuality (of course, amongst the modern, enlightened American societal norm, as well as that of the general West, homosexuality is not only not a looked down upon life choice, but is often praised as a virtue) and his Marxist enlightenment, has led this effort. He stresses that this only affects companies that receive government monies, but it is retroactive and taken to a logical extreme, this would include any company or industry that has ever received a tax break or incentive.

The Russian owners of American companies and industries should look thoughtfully at this and the option of closing their facilities down and fleeing the land of the Red as fast as possible. In other words, divest while there is still value left.

The proud American will go down into his slavery with out a fight, beating his chest and proclaiming to the world, how free he really is. The world will only snicker.

It this stuff that makes me so mad I can feel my blood pressure surge. At least we get to see this stuff (for as long as that lasts) and have the benefit of being motivated.

Nick, I'm sorry to hear this. I appreciate what you are going through having been the target of the IRS when I owned a cabinet manufacturing business. I will never forget the IRS agent telling me, "Sir, when an IRS agent knocks on your door, you have no rights. Now I'm not threatening you, but..." Unfortunately, she spoke the truth.

If there is something I or the group can do to help you, please ask.

The sad part is the tax ,are not a year old.It show how bad of shape the Gov.is they are looking for every dime they can get.I know i am not alone I see on TV how many companys are losing. The free market is under attack.I also know that if people wait for the next election hoping it will change then it will be to late.At the pace the Gov. is taking our rights away it will be over in a few months.I can also see its only a question of time before shoots will be fired.I dont see people waiting to be hauled off to camps. Most people I talked with are ready now to go to DC with guns and realy dont know why or even care. They just know they are tired of losing there money, homes and there way of living. God help us all if that happens.Greg thanks for your offer to help but not much anyone can do alone. It will take all of us in this country to trun this around.I just dont see enough of people yet who even see a problem. They are living with there heads in the sand. But we know when THEY come for them it will be a diffrent tune. But then when that happens I feel it will be to late.I know i am just another one on there hit list of tax payers. But we can kiss the free market GOOD BY.

I agree that there's little one person can do, but I'm sure there are members in this group who would help if you have some personal needs.

I also believe that there is an army of potential activists like you and me out there, Americans who have been attacked by the IRSS and other government thugs. I wonder how we could reach them and enlist them in the fight.

I,ll contacted the IRS in Altoona and asked where I should park my companys car and trucks that have clear titles as payment ,they refused.I then said I could send them a check written on the side of a pig !!! they said they wouldnt let that in the building. As it stands now I can make payments as usual and levys will be lifted immediately. I am sure theres enough of us who are targets of the IRS that we could fill there parking lots with equipment. They didnt seem to like that idea !!!!

Despite to 40,000(?) pages of tax code, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights, my experience is that at least some of these people are thugs who operate oustside the law and beyond reason. The code is so complex and convoluted that they can do almost anything and leave it to you to prove them wrong. Then, even though their acts might destroy your business or personal life, you cannot hod them responsible. Get on the wrong side of an agent and you loose big time.

The Nazis used to randomly punish prisoners without cause because it kept the other prisoners on edge. This is essentially wht the federal government does with taxpayers, particularly small businesses. This is nothing new and they've left a long trail of damage behind. I'd like to see these Americans given a voice an an opportunity to see justice.

This response is from a posting on Glenn Beck's 9-12 site entitled, President Obama’s Plan To Pay For Health Care, Uh-Oh

Tax his land,
Tax his bed,
Tax the table
At which he's fed.

Tax his tractor,
Tax his mule,
Teach him taxes
Are the rule.

Tax his work,
Tax his pay,
He works for peanuts
Anyway!

Tax his cow,
Tax his goat,
Tax his pants,
Tax his coat.
Tax his ties,
Tax his shirt,
Tax his work,
Tax his dirt.

Tax his tobacco,
Tax his drink,
Tax him if he
Tries to think.

Tax his cigars,
Tax his beers,
If he cries
Tax his tears.

Tax his gas,
Tax his car
Find other ways
To raise the bar.

Tax all he has
Then let him know
That you won't be done
Till he has no dough.

When he screams and hollers;
Then tax him some more,
Tax him till
He's good and sore.

Then tax his coffin,
Tax his grave,
Tax the sod in
Which he's laid.

Put these words
Upon his tomb,
'Taxes drove me
to my doom...'

When he's gone,
Do not relax,
Its time to apply
The inheritance tax.

Accounts Receivable Tax
Building Permit Tax
CDL license Tax

Not one of these taxes existed 100 years ago, and our nation was the
most prosperous in the world.

We had absolutely no national debt, had the largest middle class in the
world, and Mom stayed home to raise the kids.
