Attorney General Corbett will file lawsuit to block health care reform legislation

HARRRISBURG -- Attorney General Tom Corbett today said that he will file a lawsuit to protect the citizens of Pennsylvania whose rights will be violated when the health care reform legislation, passed last night by the U.S. House of Representatives, is signed into law by President Obama.

Corbett said that he believes the courts will find the health care reform legislation unconstitutional.

Corbett said he is discussing legal strategy with attorneys general from Alabama, Florida, South Carolina, Michigan, Texas, Utah, Washington, North Dakota and South Dakota and Virginia.

Jean-Paul - I share that concern. I have two very good friends who are Viet Nam vets, one relies very much on his VA healthcare, partially due to wounds he received.

This healthcare takeover was only one battle in a long war, and it's not over yet. We'll lose only if we give up.

Who could have ever throught our nations elected officials would have turned their backs not only on their constitutents but also on their own country. The Dems who voted for this bill to bankrupt America are Traitors...there is no other word to define it. Pelosi needs FIRED, she is corrupt beyond comprehension. My only prayer now is that this development will raise up an army of dedicated Patriots who love God and love their country enough to make the sacrifices necessary to save our flag! I prayed for hours last night and during the final vote...I am exhausted both mentally and physically and am overwhelmed with this defeat but I have to trust that Gods hand is still moving. Is this nation being judged? I know that we should be. I pray for Gods hand to stay the judgement and not let this nation fall into ruin at the hands of a few greedy and evil people...and mark my word, they ARE evil. It broke my heart to hear the message of pleading from the Rep. leader last night. How could this abomination have developed? It is because the American people have been passive too long. We sit on our comfortable sofas and do not want to get out of our comfort zone, we have been too soft for too long. We must stand as one now, with one voice. My prayer is that God will raise up across this nation Patriots in uncountable numbers to form and become a force for good that is unstoppable. Michael Steel announced last night that all citizens should scream for Nancy Pelosi to be FIRED..he requested for everyone who is concerned to go to the GOP website. Today we are living in a new Socialistic state...I am concerned for future generations. What legacy will we leave them...we must stand NOW!
