Leaked Justice Department Report Exonerates Eric Holder's Justice Department in New Black Panther Case
- OR DOES IT?
Remember the scene of New Black Panthers standing directly outside the entrance to the polling place at 1221 Fairmount in Philadelphia, arms crossed, holding night sticks, on Election Day, November 4, 2008?
The report exonerating Eric Holder’s “Move on. There is nothing to see here.” Justice Department is out. It would seem that a great falsehood is stated as fact repeatedly throughout the document and obfuscation abounds.
Check out PJTV’s insightful analysis of this report with J. Christian Adams, election lawyer, formerly with the Voting Rights Section of the D.O.J.
The report, was issued or leaked on April 7, 2011, by Representative John Conyers Jr. Office, Michigan, 14th District, Ranking Democrat, House Judiciciary Committee.
I state issued or leaked because the cover states:
“NOTE: THIS REPORT CONTAINS SENSITIVE AND CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION. DO NOT DISTRIBUTE THE REPORT OR ITS CONTENTS WITHOUT THE PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE OFFICE OF PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY.”
