Newsletter coming together.

I have been taking alot of time putting together the newsletter, attending small group meetings, etc. The newsletter is coming together, but it is slower than I hoped.

My goal is to have this newsletter to the printer within the next week or so, and in the mail to our Tea Party friends as soon as we can.

To make that happen, we need address labels, and funds to pay the printer. The printer is supportive of us. He actually attended the Tax Day Tea Party! He and his partner are discounting the cost.

I will not be in town for the next meeting, so Greg will be carrying my message for me. But here is a primer:

NEEDED:

----Someone to take the spreadsheet of contacts and create labels for mailing. I can provide instructions on making the labels that fit the USPS requirements. The person who does the labels should talk to me first. We should have zip+4 for all the addresses. They should be in zipcode order. etc...

PS... Peter mentioned that our datebase of contacts has been separated into three. This is a no-no.
If we starte separating it, we will lose info.
It should be all one, and categorized to be able to do sorts as needed. I can advise on this, also.

----- Monetary donations to defray cost of printing.

----- Monetary or stamp donations to defray cost of postage.

----- People to label and tab the newsletters to get them ready to mail. I will provide tabs.
(If the timing is right, we may stuff them with bus trip reg. forms.)

------ People to distribute extra newsletters to public places of the general public

------ Individuals to address & mail extra newsletters to friends and family.
