Questions to ask yourself after viewing this video. These are questions and concepts you MUST address NOW, before you are ever thrust into a similar situation. These are all covered in the video. Even though this gentleman made a mistake at the door, he had the right mindset to survive.

- DO YOU ALWAYS HAVE YOUR WEAPON WITH YOU (where legal to do so)?
- Who are you willing to protect?
- Do you count on a loved one (or Police) for your protection or do you participate actively?
- Have you yet made the mental decision that you are capable of using that gun you own? If you don't think so.....
- Do you understand that should you have to protect yourself, there can/may be long lasting repercussions?
- Do you have any sort of training with your specific weapon and do you continue to keep up with your skills?
- Make sure you end the threat.
- Never assume you know who is on the other side of that door: AKA, Never let your guard down.
- Pay particular attention to his answer to the question "How are you feeling today"?
