WHY ARE YOU HERE?: I was following a maze of websites looking for info on buses to one of the events.

I'd like to also know what's happening afterwards in central PA though.

I'd really rather not post my pic on the web for political stuff right now and the page wouldn't advance without one, so I sent another one that I like. Thanks.

We'd like to see a 9-12 type organization form up there since it fizzled after the tax day tea party, probably because the Commonwealth Foundation ran the tea party rather than a grassroots organization.

We've been quite active and expect to remain that way after 9/12, building membership, conducting learning opportunities, protesting, and influencing elections.

This is the 3d Blue State I've lived in. Depressing. The region seems to be more awake than the cities though. I really prefer to travel outside the area to go to events though so that I'm not on local news ( for now ). DC is great. Philly too. Your bus will stop in Harrisburg, right? I really don't want to leave my truck there, so I'm probably catching a bus east of here in a safer parking lot. I've noticed that people don't really get involved around here. I think that they worry about if affecting their work environment, which I understand, but even for going outside the area, ..... people say they'll definitely go next time if I let them know. Then, when I let them know, they don't want to go! So ... there ARE more with us, they're just not physically with us. I'm still waiting on one neighbor to tell me if he wants to go, but my read on it is that he won't go.
