Event Description

Plan to take part in this historic event. Vote for your state's delegates to the Continental Congress. Let your family and friends know to bring proof of identification. Voting should take less than 15 minutes and is open to all U.S. citizens over the age of 18. Contact me for mail-in ballot instructions if that will be more convenient for you. This is the next step for a free people to take in the pursuit of liberty. If it is your desire to restore Constitutional order to our republic, take part in this important process. Please Note: There are TWO options available to your State Coordinator in
regards to where the voters should send their Registration Forms and Ballots:
a) a location in your state, or b) the CC2009 Election Headquarters in Austin, TX.

1. Go to your state’s webpage on the website of the Continental Congress 2009 at www.cc2009.us

2. Click on the link to “CC2009: Election Ballot and Voting Instructions” to find Voting Option B.

3. While at the website, verify if your Registration Form and Ballot should be sent to a P.O. Box in your state OR to Election Headquarters in Austin, TX at:

P.O. Box 41106
Austin, TX 78704

4. Download and print your Mail-In Registration Form AND Ballot.

5. Fill out the Mail-In Registration Form and sign it in the presence of a Notary Public. (Banks usually provide notary services to their customers at no charge.

6. Mark your ballot with an ink pen. Do NOT use a pencil. NOTE: Any ballot with votes for more than three candidates will NOT be counted. Also, ballots with only 2 or 3 candidates will instruct the voter to rank their choices in numerical order with ‘1’ the highest.

7. Fold your notarized Mail-In Registration Form and place it into a business letter envelope, seal it and write “REGISTRATION” on the front.

8. Fold your marked Mail-In Ballot and place it into a business letter envelope, seal it and write “BALLOT” on the front.

9. Put BOTH envelopes inside a larger envelope, seal it and write the correct P.O. Box address on it.

10. The larger envelope with your Registration Form and Ballot must be postmarked no later than October 10, 2009.
