A fantastic group of speakers with the Keynote, being State Representative Sam Rohrer (R-Berks). Sam sponsored key legislation in the House... HB 1351, relating to the compliance with the federal Real ID Act (legislation to outlaw Real ID in Pennsylvania). He is also responsible in sponsoring HB 95 "A Resolution claiming sovereignty under the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States over certain powers, serving notice to the Federal Government to cease and desist certain mandates, providing that certain Federal legislation be prohibited or repealed and directing distribution." He is also the prime sponsor of the School Property Tax Elimination Act (SPTEA), HB 1275 legislation. I'm pleased to say, State Representative Kerry Benninghoff (PA-171) is a co-sponsorer of this bill right here in Centre/Mifflin. Both men are Legislators working for "We the People!" See who is working for you... HB 1275 co-sponsorers: http://mysite.verizon.net/drbsr/PTCCWeb/cosponsors.htm
