H.R. 4972 Repealing Health Care...Guess who did NOT sign this petition??

I received the alert regarding H.R. 4972 and called Congressman Shusters office yesterday regarding it stating that I urge him to support this bill.  When I looked at Thomas.gov this bill it says has gotten a motion to Discharge a Committee from the Consideration of a resolution.  They now have 109 signatures.  I pulled up the signature sheet and Congressman Shusters name IS NOT THERE!  I immediately called Shusters office a few moments ago asking WHY Mr. Shuster did NOT sign this petition.  I have several confirming letters from  Congressman Shuster stating his opposition to healthcare, so why did he not sign this petition yet?  I requested that his aid return my call and let me know exactly where this bill is now, it Mr. Shuster will support it and strongly urged him to sign onto that petiton.  Am I angry...what do you think.  I am HOPING this bill is like bread dough still rising and doubling in size with signatures prior to going for a vote.  Does anyone else know anything about where this thing is?
