Oklahoma Congress Claiming Sovereignty

Oklahoma is bypassing their own Governor, in declaring their state's sovereignty. Read the article here:

It is said in the article that Oklahoma house democrats said that the Goveronor's veto was the final action. If I remember correctly a veto was the chief executive's right to say no to a peice of legislation, but not the final action as it is in congress's power to override that veto.
Way to go Oklahoma.
