Affordable Health Choices Act, the Senate’s Health Care Bill. Details for each
forum are below. Please plan to come early. Doors will open an hour before each
event and seating will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

Public Forum #1:

Thursday, August 20 at 9:45 am

Price Performance Center
Lock Haven, Pennsylvania
Doors open to the public at 8:45 am.
Seating is first-come, first-served.

Public Forum #2:
Thursday, August 20 at 2:00 pm
The University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown
Living and Learning Center
Heritage Hall
Johnstown, Pennsylvania
Doors open to the public at 1:00 pm.
Seating is first-come, first-served.
