Monday morning, October 5th, Attorney Dr. Orly Taitz will arrive at Judge Carter’s US District Court ready for action. If all goes well there will be a Pre-Trial Hearing on Jan. 11, 2010, and a Trial date set for Jan. 26, 2010. Obama’s Attorneys are doing everything in their power to get this dismissed but I don’t think Judge David O. Carter is going to bite.

At this hearing the judge will rule on the defendant’s motion to dismiss. If he finds in favor of the plaintiffs, our side, discovery will then begin. Which means Obama will be asked to produce documents he has thus far been withholding..

All of us here at American Grand Jury are praying everything goes well for our side. If you get a chance you might want to stop by Orly’s website and donate whatever you can afford. I know her expenses have gotten really out of hand lately. It costs a lot of money to play the courtroom game against Mr. “Big Bucks” Obama [spending the taxpayer's or campaign fund's money of course].

American Grand Jury is going to be respresented in the cheerleading section of the courtroom. Capt Neil Turner along with some of our AGJ members will be there handing out AGJ “Mini” Presentments. Neil is a plaintiff in the case but once his duties are done for the day he is going to visit the Clerk’s Office of the US District Court and “serve” our Presentments. If would be great if some of the folks attending the courtroom hearing could follow Neil to the Clerk’s office and take a few photos as he hands the Presentments to the Clerk. We can then post them on the website for others to see.
