Surely it could not be the Average American who has been duped into believing they are required to pay Income taxes to the IRS, without Just Compensation, could it be?
What is a Tax Protester?
Surely it could not be the American who knows something is wrong with the IRS and refuses to pay income Taxes, but doesn’t properly understand.
What is a 5th Amendment Constitutional Tax Payer?
Maybe we need to read what the 5th Amendment first states, before we may come to understand?
Amendment V: …nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property (Our Hard earned Cash (Taxes) is our Private property) be taken for public use, without just compensation.
Has the IRS provided you with an Itemized Statement explaining exactly what service they have provided you for the Taxes they claim you owe them????????????????
If the IRS has not provided us with an Itemized Statement explaining exactly what services they are providing us in return for the amount of Taxes they claim we owe, how are they not in violation of the 5th Amendment of the Constitution of the united States of America, the Supreme law of the Land?
