IMPORTANT NOTE: THE GENERAL MEETING, ORIGINALLY SCHEDULE FOR THURSDAY, JULY 30 HAS BEEN CANCELLED.
The next general meeting will be scheduled for the first or second week of August.
Sorry for the confusion. Originally, we scheduled a General Meeting for Tuesday, mostly to discuss the Bus Trip. But, the Toftrees Conference room was unavailable Tuesday, so I announced that the meeting would be rescheduled.
In the mean time, the Bus Trip Task Force met independently, and continued planning for the trip. That meeting was productive, but we are not quite ready to present anything to the general membership.
So, we are cancelling Thursday's meeting to save the group $50.
