Fox News is coming to State College tomorrow (Tuesday, September 28) to report on the Joe Biden visit to Penn State.
Fox is expected to profile PSU College Republicans and what they are doing for "Operation Red November" and the 2010 campaigns.
It is likely Fox will visit the Victory Office (1315 S. Allen Street - Suite 307) at some point tomorrow.
