Centre County Food Bank Drive

In the spirit of the Christmas, Hanukkah, and Holiday Seasons, at the November 15th meeting of The 9-12 Project of Central PA, members voted to support our local Centre County Food Banks with contributions of canned and non-perishable food.

The delivery of the goods is to be accomplished by the third week of December in place of our regular monthly meeting.  Grocery bags were distributed with our 'Who, What, Why and Principles and Values Cards" attached by a staple to identify us as donors. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT.

If you don't have any of these cards, please identify your contribution by some other means.  Monetary gifts can be made as well, but again, please identify yourself as a 9-12 member.  Contributions can be made at any date in December but will have a greater impact if we can do it within the same time frame.

It is hoped that ALL members will get behind this effort to reach out to others in our community who are in need of help, many of whom never dreamed that they would be in need of assistance.  Truly, it is by grace that we can contribute.  Let's keep that in mind as we fulfill this worthy project.
